PSC Lists Utilities & Companies That Will Not Cut Off Services Due To Nonpayment During COVID-19

The Georgia Public Service Commission has added to the main page of its Website a link to the Georgia Emergency Management Agency’s compiled list of utilities and other services that have said they will not cut off services due to nonpayment while Georgia is reacting to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Georgia Public Service Commission is a five-member constitutional agency that exercises its authority and influence to ensure that consumers receive safe, reliable, and reasonably-priced telecommunications, electric and natural gas service from financially viable and technically competent companies.
