Positive cases of coronavirus seem to be remaining steady at UGA, with 84 new cases being reported from October 12th to October 18th. This is the fourth week in a row of less than 100 new cases being reported.
25 of those were from on-campus surveillance testing, which performed just over 2,000 tests last week. The positivity rate dropped only slightly from 1.44% to 1.23%.
Only 10 of the cases last week were among faculty and staff.
