The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is seeking help from the public in identifying a suspect or suspects wanted in connection with the shooting of an Athens woman.
Police responded to the scene in the 100 block of Rocksprings Court. When officers arrived, they found a 38-year old woman who had been shot.
Witnesses said someone shot through a window at the residence. EMS transported the victim to an area hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
