The Clarke County School District will hold a local community building meeting for the West Broad Street project Tuesday.
According to a media release from the district, the meeting is the first in a series to communicate and gather feedback from the community as the project progresses.
The first meeting will introduce the project and discuss the goals for the building. The district’s architectural firm, Lindsay, Pope, Brayfield, will lead the discussion.
That’s the same company that managed projects for Oglethorpe Elementary, Burney Harris Lyons Middle, Coile Middle, and Hilsman Middle schools.
That meeting is Tuesday, January 14 from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Athens Career Center Academy located at 440 Dearing Extension, Building 1.
