Two words you do not hear often in the same sentence is “sewer” and “socialism”. We do not spend a lot of time thinking about these two terms, especially in conjunction, but to ACC Commissioner Mariah Parker, “Sewer Socialism” could be a new and perhaps better way to think about work force development.
