Gov. Brian Kemp recently signed a warrant that should lead to the extradition of a suspect charged in the murder of an Oglethorpe County man in February. Michael Thomas Dusch is charged with murdering 69-year-old David J. Stewart, whose body was found on Feb. 25 in an area near his home on Double Bridges Road, a road that runs along the borders of Oglethorpe and Clarke counties. Dusch is also under investigation by the Arkansas State Police for the slaying of an elderly man in the community of Delaware in Logan County, Arkansas.
