Athens Regional Library

The Library Store in the Athens-Clarke County Library reopened last August, and has played a big role in bringing library patrons and volunteers together over its unique and discounted books.

The Athens-Clarke County Government is inviting local artists to submit ideas for an interior mural to be painted in the new Eastside Library coming to Athens soon.

The official public celebration for the new library groundbreaking will take place on the east side, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 22nd at Hilsman Middle School.
