The University of Georgia School of Medicine is now accepting applications for its inaugural class. The School of Medicine will be the second public medical school in the state of Georgia.
The School of Medicine will host an in-person open house on February 27th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Health Sciences Campus to provide information about the campus and the admissions process.
Primary applications are due on March 6th, and secondary applications are due on March 13th. The school will conduct rolling interviews until final decisions are made in April. Sixty students are expected to be enrolled and begin taking classes in the fall.
