Tim Denson hopes to bring “bias towards action” as next ACC mayor

Athens-Clarke County mayoral candidate Tim Denson

Longtime local politician and community organizer Tim Denson announced in June that he is joining the race for Athens’ next mayor.

Denson is currently a member of the Clarke County School District Board of Education, representing District 5. He is also a Team Lead at the Athens Homeless Day Service Center.

He joined WUGA’s Emma Auer to discuss why he’s running.
